The solution is to create an on-chain, decentralized courier service that enables end-to-end, peer-to-peer transactions. This allows for greater user privacy, cost-effective transactions, and increased transparency.

Development Highlights

The development journey was broken down into several key stages:

1. Research & Planning: Identifying the key issues in centralized courier systems and drafting initial Solidity smart contracts to address these issues.
2. Frontend Development: Building a dynamic, user-friendly UI using Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
3. Backend Development: Serverless API development with tRPC for efficient, type-safe data fetching.
4. Blockchain Integration: Deploying test Solidity smart contracts on a testnet for initial validation.
5. Landing Page: Developed using Next.js to not only serve informational content but also to attract potential investors.

Results and Impact

1. Landing Page: Successfully developed a landing page that received a notable increase in investor attention.
2. MVP Launch: A Minimum Viable Product was launched featuring decentralized courier services through Solidity smart contracts. Web2 implementations were added for sensitive user data, with plans to move this to encrypted on-chain storage.
